Тупо навернулся из за установленого лавкой на нем CrowdStrike
Сам себя ребутнул, подсосав из канала обновления файлики, которые при апдейте загоняют винду в синий экран.
Если на вашей машине не активирован Битлокер, или вы знаете его рековери кеу, то :

1. Boot Windows into Safe Mode or WRE.

-- here recovery key have to be provided

2. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike

3. Locate and delete file matching "C-00000291*.sys"

--use cmd command DIR to locate file : 

DIR C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrik\C-00000291*.sys

and command DEL to delete

DEL C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrik\C-00000291*.sys

 

4. Boot normally.
